You can add a document to multiple Sohodox Folders.

 

To Add a Document to multiple Folders:

1.In Sohodox, select a document in any folder
2.Now press the ALT key and then drag and drop the document to the folder to which you wish to add it
3.The document will now be available in both folders
 
Note:
Multiple copies of the document are NOT made. The same document is displayed in multiple folders. So if the document is deleted it will be removed from all folders.

 

This feature has been introduced in beta in version 10. This means the behaviour of this feature might change in future updates based on feedback received from customers.
