The upgrade setup to upgrade your copy of Sohodox to the latest version 220.127.116.11 is now available.
If you are under the Upgrade+Support period then you can upgrade to version 18.104.22.168 for free. To check if you are under the Upgrade+Support period, click the Application button (the big round button at the top left corner of the Main window) and select the About Sohodox option. The About dialog will be launched. Your Upgrade+support expiry date will be displayed at the top right corner of the About dialog.

Special instructions for users upgrading from Sohodox 5 to Sohodox 6
Please make sure Sohodox is not running on your machine, when you run the upgrade setup.
Note: The Reporting feature of version 6 will not be available to customers upgrading from Sohodox 5 to Sohodox 6. There are some changes that are required to be made to Sohodox DB to install the reports. The current upgrade setup cannot make those changes t o the DB. We will release a separate report installer by the end of this month, which will install the Reporting System to your installation of Sohodox.
Special instructions for users upgrading from Sohodox 22.214.171.124 or later
Please make sure Sohodox is not running on your machine, when you run the upgrade setup. Also make sure that the Email Capture service and Folder Monitor is stopped before you run the update.
To stop the service…
Launch Windows Control Panel and open Administrative Tools.
Now, double click the Services option. The Services window will be launched.
In the list of services, locate ITAZ Sohodox Email Capture Service and ITAZ Sohodox Folder Monitor Service.
Now, stop the above mentioned services by right clicking them and selecting the Stop option.

Note: If you do not stop the services and upgrade your copy of Sohodox 6, then you may get an error while installing the update.
