We have been informed by some of our customers that, while viewing large PDF files (using internal viewer) the system freezes for a few seconds, before displaying the file. We are currently working on this and if everything goes on smoothly then we will be releasing an update in the next fifteen days. This update will enable both Sohodox to handle PDF files very well.
To temporarily fix the problem, you can switch the PDF viewer to the Adobe Viewer. For this…
- Click the Sohodox button (the round icon on the top left corner) and select the Options option.
- In the Use built-in PDF viewer for section choose the None (show all PDF files in the associated viewer) option.
- Click the OK button to save the changes.
