Tech support Checklist
If you encounter a technical issue for which you need to email us, please provide us the following information:
- The Operating System you are using (e.g. Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7).
- Whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit.
- The version of Sohodox you are using.
- If you receive any error, please send the error details to [email protected]. A screenshot of the error would also help along with the error details.
- If you are able to recreate the error, let us know the exact steps that lead to the error (this will help us replicate the issue at our end in order to resolve it).
- Does the error occur on a particular machine or on all machines on which Sohodox is installed?
