We know how difficult it becomes to search for folders especially when you have hundreds of them. So to save your time, we introduced a new feature (in Version 5.0.1.3) which will allow you to search for Folders as well as Tags.
We have been informed by some of our customers that, while viewing large PDF files (using internal viewer) the system freezes for a few seconds, before displaying the file. We are currently working on this and if everything goes on smoothly then we will be releasing an update in the next fifteen days. This update will enable both Globodox and Sohodox to handle PDF files very well.
